I like to keep the whole process in focus and keep
an eye on the little things: how the payment is set up, what illustrations are on the covers, how the admin area is organised, how the texts are written, what happens
in social media and much, much more.
I’m convinced that paying attention to the little things
is what makes a real brand and real service. I really like to put together the puzzle that makes up the reputation of each particular person, product or brand.
I think that’s the essence of design.
